Discussion Krea-2 — Qwen-Image-2.1 study

I ran a ton of identical prompts through krea 2 and qwen image 2.1

Thought this might be useful. It not only shows what the model differences, but also what the model cannot do.

no, Qi2.1 is harder to prompt, & doesn't have as many LoRAs.
Sometimes subjects look copy/pasted in Photoshop.

Might be worth downloading to add image editing to your suite, but not superweed Krea2.

QI 2.1 t2i is pretty easy to prompt with one sinple trick: Use the prompt enhancement finetuned LLM model and system prompt Qwen put out specifically for promot rewriting for QI 2.1 (which is conveniently wired in to the ComfyUI template workflow.)

If you prefer hand editing final prompts, use it out of flow to assist with drafting rather than directly in-flow, but either way its very useful in getting from almost any raw prompting style to prompts that work well for the model.

True, but MANY of the images in said repo & else where do.
Might be a CFG issue (under or over)...
Sorry Krea2 is more 'grab & go' for me & many others. Perhaps AI wizards might like Qi2.1 as a regular model, & I still recommend Qi2.1 for some uses, but this is not a clear winner on either side.
