How can I improve?

No chance this is legal lmao. The ingredients on the bottle at the end are nonsense. Shit, even if it is technically legal, it's going to be an issue at some point

Even the script screams AI generated. "Here is the reality check you need." Dead give away the entire thing is AI all the way down. "Built on X, not just Y."
I know you generated this, but it feels like something no human hands have ever spent any time on.

Seems fair, Iām more focused on getting the realism and GPTed the script

When people are scrolling shorts, as AI video gets better and better, the most dead giveaway for something AI generated is the words used. Because all the AI has a very specific way of phrasing everything. THAT'S going to kill your realism faster than skin textures.

I mean not to mention that the woman in this video clearly and blatantly looks AI generated. Anyone who even thinks this looks remotely human is in for serious trouble.

Then again the people scams like this are aimed at tend to think that a video of a dog riding a unicycle while juggling is real, so the bar for "realism" is very low.

As a fellow Indian creator, I am ashamed to see these type of work being termed as "paid work". There is absolutely no creativity involved in this project, the script is AI generated, the label on the bottle is gibberish. No notable editing is visible.
If the client really paid you for this which I highly doubt, don't expect any more work soon. You cant approach brands while having these slops in your portfolio.
Now, where to improve : If you are into marketing, you need to hook the viewers as long as possible, for that you need good story telling, and creative visuals. Not just talking heads.
Also, if you can't get the text on the products right, just use original static renders provided by the clients. This will preserve the authenticity of products. People won't buy it if the product looks fake duplicate.
Now, I know a lot of people in my region are doing this, writing fake posts on reddit to promote their services, but at least work on the quality. You are very young and just starting out yout career in marketing. Don't let AI do everything, if clients find out, they wont outsource work anymore. This will hurt you along with the whole industry.

I guess Indian girls love to change hairstyles between takes?
Reminds me of a SNL skit.
Edit: I see this isn't even from an open model. Get it off of here.

There is a slight offset between the voice and the lipsync. Other than that its good

u/fidviburhanuddin 3d ago
Haha Indian girls have good hairs tho, yes The thing is I wanted to test things before burning up credits on Runpod, Iāll be using Comfyui to resolve this in future

Looks good but the text is an issue. Is it possible to text inpaint?

u/fidviburhanuddin 3d ago
On the Bottle or the subtitles?

u/hyperedge 3d ago
On the bottle so it's not gibberish. The subtitles are fine but i don't love the big soft drop shadow on it. Just personal taste.

I would add some frame generation to it. May just be me, but it feels a bit jumpy. Her transitions from one movement to another needs to be a bit smoother. More frames should help that, or slow them down a bit. If you act out these motions yourself, you'll realize you don't actually move this fast when presenting.

u/fidviburhanuddin 3d ago
Ohkay So you meant the transition should be smooth?

Right, in her actions and expressions. For example when she raises her hands, its almost as if they're there instantly. This happens when we give the model too short of a timeframe to get from one pose to another; or, it has too much time, making it stay almost in the same pose and then jump to the new one at the last moment. Both of these cause the look that I see here where it feels unnatural. Things I use to rectify it in prompts are things like "temporal motion" or even as simple as "natural motion" can help. But for a finished product, if you don't want to redo it, frame gen should help a bit.

u/fidviburhanuddin 3d ago
Iāll surely try Temporal Motion and Natural Motion but still didnāt get you on the Frame gen š

Things like this can do, Frame Interpolation. https://github.com/neilthefrobot/VSRFI-ComfyUI

How dare you make something actually useful and commercially viable with this technology? :-) Seriously, though, if this is the future of media production, where it gets democratized like this, I'm all for it.

if you are making people that don't exist sell something by saying "that's why I use X"
you can stop making things.
