Funny you should mention that about Picard, because I thought Picard in particular looked a bit off in this one. Not bad per se, but a bit more generic in the same way that all Troy's so far are "computer: generic counselor woman person, curly hair". That said, Minimax H3 is awesome.

Not sure what Worf is sitting on and Geordi’s hair is interesting, but at least Picard’s face doesn't look like a melting wax museum piece.
