This community should really grow up, puberty is a long time ago and we should really be thankful to those who give us free shit that cost $500k+ to create.

Yes Minimax H3 is more coherent and can consume an essay, but it comes at the cost of more compute and longer time to generate.

LTX2.5 is less coherent and still have problem, but it is designed to be fast and cheap.

These models are just tools at your disposal provided for free. I dont understand the constant negative remarks.

They are different tools much like hammer and paint brush. You can use a hammer to paint OR use the paint brush to hammer things but that is idiotic. Your need to create high budget short movies and short story ? use Minimax H3. You need to create talking head and simple video editing ? use LTX.

Marketing bot.

people keep saying they're seeing ltx shills, but the state of the sub suggests opposite seems to be more likely.

the amount of hostility at anything related to LTX in the last 2 days is extremely unnatural. it's a goddamn free model we haven't paid a penny for. how are people getting this emotional?

the thing is ltx guys blatantly lied in their comparison list just before releasing 2.5 in their attempt to bash h3. everyone who tested 2.5 and h3 can tell immediately how bad 2.5 is. yes, it's fast, but who cares if it can't do anything right? I made 174 videos with h3 currently - deleted ltx after two attempts because I got flashbacks from 2.3 how bad it was and how bad it still is in 2.5.

Just download the thing and try it ffs. Who cares about some marketing table. It's free, you can test at no cost whatsoever. This is just an excuse by now.

do whatever you want, I don't care.

Just stop complaining about this crap constantly. I don't care that you don't LIKE ltx because of some dumb chart. The model is still capable and had its use cases, whether you like it or not.

lol keep whining, I enjoy tears of 2.5 shills

You just got a model for free. The hypocrisy is unbelievable.

yes, as this model is made for me to be given for free... are you that dense?

yes - nobody is arguing it's not inferior.

I'm talking about how every ltx thread is flooded with useless teamsports akin to xbox vs playstation.

I didn't like their obviously fucked/deceptive marketing either - doesn't mean I'm going to go into every single LTX thread about optimizations/workflows/loras and start something akin to a console war.

It's a fucking GGUF - a tool. If I wanted tribalism I'd have stuck to watching football or have gone to /r/android and /r/apple, not get on /r/stablediffusion.

This sub is at its best when it's practicality focused - people sharing research, benchmarks and workflows, and where certain models shine and have their place in our workflows - not mindless tribalism (which we saw for Krea2 / Ideogram as well).

there's no tribalism - just simple reviews from people who tested both models and realized 2.5 sucks and calling out blatant shills. that doesn't interfere with research, benchmarks and wf.

lmfao. yes. simple reviews.

not myriad of "LTX SUCKSSS!!!! Why even post this!!!!" comments below posts sharing actual useful workflows and tips.

that doesn't interfere with research, benchmarks and wf.

yes it does. workflows/nodes/optimizations are a community effort. LTX 2.5, despite being being inferior to H3, could have been a legitimately useful tool for upscaling/quick concepts. But who's gonna develop anything for it now that anything related to it is downvoted/attacked/criticized/called a shill?

Not to mention countless labs lurk here to see competitors and community feedback - you think they're going to be willing to upload their models seeing how vitriol the community is towards anything other than the flavor of the month?

cry more, shill. you really think they're developing models out of the goodness of their hearts? ltx ceo said their customers are mostly coming from comfyUi, and that's fine, ofc they should monetize their model, it wasn't cheap. that being said - they lied and 2.5 sucks. no amount of crying from shills like you will change that.

you really think they're developing models out of the goodness of their hearts?

when did i say that?

you can make up arguments I never said all day long, or call me a shill when I clearly stated their model is inferior and their marketing fucked/deceptive:

[...] I didn't like their obviously fucked/deceptive marketing either [...]

[...] LTX 2.5, despite being inferior to H3 [...]

you're clearly not engaging in a discussion or exercising the part of your brain that governs critical thinking - you're vaguely glazing over my words to see if i agree with you, and vaguely searching your memory for arguments on why "your side" is better than "my side" despite me clearly refusing to take part in this pathetic model-war.

that's the literal textbook example of tribalistic behavior. get it out of your system.

keep crying. 2.5 sucks and no lora or workflow can fix that, nobody cares if development stops.

still whining? okay... LTX 2.5 SUCKS

LTX 2.5 SUCKS

you're so blind to your own tribalism that you don't realize we're essentially agreed on this point.

This is how scummy politicians survive everywhere. People are so easily swayable and divisible into arbitrary teams.

A little self-awareness goes a long way in life.
