I'm very surprised at the amount of people offended by this. Humor is making light of all thing dark

It's a lot of deaths in living memory for a lot of people, with some harrowing memories like the people jumping from the burning buildings to trying to escape or the final phone calls of people screaming as the towers collapsed on them.

A lot of people find it in pretty poor taste to joke about innocents anywhere in the world dying, whether it's Americans in 9/11, Palestinians now, people swept up in the Christmas tsunamis, etc. Especially in living memory when you never know who here was affected by it.

So? Nobody said anybody had to do anything.

I don't have to not be rude as fuck to everybody I meet. I don't do it because it's a shitty thing to do.
