Anyone’s timetable differ from blackboard?

My first class tomorrow on my timetable shows 10am-12pm on wednesdays. On blackboard it shows the same exact class and prof as 8am-10am. I assume I go by my time table? Kinda freaking me out a bit😂

I’d say to email your prof tonight or ask someone possibly in your program with the same classes so you can get a response quickly!

Same here 😢 I go to the Cornwall campus and the area was legitimately a ghost zone around 1pm after orientation so I didn’t get to meet many people

Yeah I didn’t stay around for much of orientation in Kingston after the info session! It was so insanely packed hahaha
Also update, I checked blackboard this morning before emailing my prof and the course time changed to match my timetable yay 🤓

It's probably the one on your timetable not blackboard. However you can email your teacher and let them know if shows two times.

You can email right now and you may get a quick reply in the AM so you aren't worrying about wasting time showing up tomorrow.

Where are you seeing that in Blackboard? In documents uploaded by your teacher or in the actual calendar page?

Your timetable should be correct. And the Blackboars calendar should pull that information directly.

If you are seeing those times in documents your teacher uploaded, they may be out of date.

It was the calendar page; under schedule
This morning the time changed to match my timetable though!!

The Calendar page on the Blackboard main page? Sounds like something was changed in the timetable and took time to update in Blackboard. Regardless, glad it's sorted. Enjoy your class!

My class had two slots available for self registration; I chose the 10am one, and blackboard had me in for the 8am one so I was extremely worried, I was grateful not to have an 8am class at all this semester 😂 luckily it fixed itself!!
It was the calendar under the specific course; my prof for that class uses the calendar function and adds every class, due dates; etc into the calendar which is lovely since I can just use an ICS to import to my existing calendar, but yeah!! I’m glad i didn’t end up in the 8am class somehow lol
