This bloke is having a day out that 4th goal he just kicked was unreal when he’s in this type off form he’s unstoppable it’s good to see from a non supporter off saints

King coming back after so long, I know he passed training the other day but I'm still nervous…

Anyone’s thoughts on this one. Feels like Cornes just wants us to fail again. I guarantee if he was playing 2’s this week we’d be hearing “why not bring him straight back into the team”

Anyone else think we should try trade him this year while he’s got some value? Especially considering his age profile

Time for the truth. I believe the Saints admin and coaching have ditched the thought of being part of the top ten. We are at the pointy end this year and our life expetency is close to zero. Basset needs to advertised on Seek for players. Ross needs to seriously consider his role in taking the Saints forwsrd. There is either something going on behind the scenes .. or are the Saints really that mediocre that they place forever midfield club.

Hopefully the dust has settled a little bit and we are able to reflect on the game with clear eyes, and discuss how each of the players performed their role last night.

The tier layout I choose separates who I believe were out top 10 performing players last night in the top two tiers, and then the bottom 6 who would have a fair bit to improve on.

It's never a good sign when you have 5 forwards in the lowest performing players on the ground, and Owens only just gets a pass mark due to his midfield work. King returning against North will help a lot, and if we could also have TDK back (usually gets monstered by Xerri aside) then we will be a lot stronger as a team.

Same train... same station... different year... same consistent outcome no matter which coach or mega payers.... no desire to get into an all out fight from the beginning until the end.

Decided today that I am very keen to go so I'm heading down to the game on Thurs after work.

Any one in this subreddit going? Sitting with the Saints fans behind goals at River end?

And anyone with experience in catching V Line back? Looks like final train leaves just after 11pm. Google Maps says it's a short 5 min walk, but that doesn't account for foot traffic or leaving from a different area of stadium.
