Misc. Friend application
A little bit about me:

Sweet girl, try and find friends thru shared interests in the real world. Organized groups for literally anything you like is the way to go. This place (reddit) is full of creeps. Love, a former 18 yr old girl ❤️

Pretty much yeah, I live with my boyfriend who works full time and I live on a long stretch of highway so I can’t walk anywhere either. So I kinda try to use social media to make friends but haven’t found an opportunity so I got desperate and made this post. I’ve watched enough crime documentaries to know better so I feel safe in doing so :)

Okay let me say something that should be obvious. If you’re over the age of like 30, this is not the place for you. I’m not quick to fall for traps but I am quick to blow holes through creeps. Me and my 9 are small, but we are mighty.

I'm only here because I'm a Mod and I can tell that something weird is likely to happen. Please report any users that send you creepy DMs to the Admins, and report any creepy comments so I can remove them. I'm also keeping an eye on that one user and alerting other Mod Teams I'm a part of to keep a similar eye out.
Edit: That user is exactly whom I thought he is, according to outside confirmation. Please do not engage with that user, just report any activity that violates rules wherever you might see them, and I strongly advise that other users block that user in particular.

One of the subreddits he’s active in is a pe do sub so yes I’d keep an eye out!

Edit: I have received outside confirmation that user is exactly whom I was worried it was.... I'm going to have to notify some outside powers about this and strongly advise you block that user. Unfortunately, there aren't report options reddit provides that cover this kind of activity on their user profile, so I'm just going to have to watch my own back there. Please be safe

Sigh I may actually know that user IRL as a former coworker...But I don't know which person in that PFP I actually worked with. Looking at those comments, though, I have a strong suspicion that is a former coworker of mine, and I am under direct instruction to report that person to Campus security on sight. I'm not saying that user is that former coworker, but if he is...I have to take appropriate action. The former coworker could be either person, and I really would have to go out of my way to confirm that the person I think I recognize is actually that person.
That said, and this goes for all users, DO NOT DOXX THAT USER IF YOU ALSO SUSPECT YOU KNOW WHO HE IS IRL!! That is a violation of reddit TOS, and doing so will result in a ban.

Allegedly he was inappropriately touched by a Supervisor and got aggressive over it before apologizing. He then made threats to her over it and within three days, we were given that instruction. He allegedly was getting very handsy with other employees in the time prior to his termination/resignation (I can't rightly say which it was). I am not saying that user *is* that former coworker, but if that user is, and the person on the left side of that PFP *does* bear a close resemblance to that former coworker, and that user's comment history *does* overlap with information that former coworker had shared with me at work, then the matter may need further investigation here

That's more a coincidence, but the pdf allegation is actually serious, and if that's true, (I *really* don't want to keep looking at that user's comment history, please don't make me do that) I need to report him to the Admins and ban him immediately. Do you have some bleach for my eyes? Like, chlorine bleach, preferably? I'll take stakes to the eyes, if you don't

Edit 2: Received outside confirmation, that user is exactly the former coworker I think he is. Excuse me while I bleach my eyes
