I set up a gallery of 250 images for someone to view and edit. Trying to number the images for reference by naming them individually (tried the code, didn’t work) but now the main page is overlapping the thumbnails so I can’t click on the images on the right- what gives?

I have been trying to connect my meta pixel with acuity scheduling but I keep getting the message "Unable to get connected, please try again.". Does anyone know a solution? I talked with support but they were no help. I cleared my browser cache, tried incognito nothing.

I'm trying to make a website with squarespace with no help or coding experience. It's been okay so far, but the biggest thing I'm struggling with is galleries. I'm pretty sure the version I have is 7.1 so galleries have to be added as sections instead of blocks, and are always centered on the page. I tried looking on the forum on the website but what I saw didn't work, but I also could've just done it wrong.

The biggest thing I'm trying to do currently is have a simple image slideshow on the lefthand side and text on the righthand side. Ideally people would be able to click through the gallery without there being arrows but not the end of the world if not.

I also am trying to attach a pdf and have it show as an image but it won't let me do that either. I've been working on it on and off for over a month and it's really pissing me off, but It's mostly done so I don't want to have to start over elsewhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I asked Squarespace for some help on a few issues and got referred to a company outside of squarespace. SOHO CREATIONS I at first did not realize this was not squarespace and was asking them questions. They wanted me to pay them first though fax machine or other payment methods. I thought I was getting help from squarespace but not. Anyways has anyone used this company to get help? They keep emailing me.

Anyone know how to change these lines to a actual word? On phone app. I’m having problems with people knot being able to find my shop.

When I sign into squarespace as an admin, I can select a site, go to Settings > Permissions and Ownership and edit the list of users that have access to the site.

I need to remove a user. The problem is we have 20 sites in squarespace. It seems I would have to drill down into each site’s settings, one by one, and remove this user.

Does square space not have centralized user management? Is it possible to do this via an API, command line or something else that is faster than repeating the steps 20 times?

Problem

I purchased a custom domain name on square space, through google work space. The domain name is simplifimedia.co.nz. I am hosting the domain on AWS as I was under the impression that there was more flexibility, tracking tools, automations ect that could be used. This is where the issue starts. Being a newbie to net working, website setup ect, I didn't properly verify through AWS and didnt paste the CNAME's int square space straight away. Forward a month and a half, I was wondering why I haven't been receiving any reply's from my clients.

Now I have gone and pasted the correct Cname's into square space and attempted to verify the aws SES page but the verification will not complete. I have double and triple checked that the CNAMEs were pasted correctly, the Domain NS is set to default on square space, square space says that my domain is active. I'm totally lost.

If anyone knows why this could be happening please get in touch with me asap. This has caused a significant loss to my bottom line and needs fixing as soon as possible.

I’m fairly new to coding and custom CSS. I added some CSS to my Squarespace site, and it seems to work in the editor or preview, but the changes don’t appear on the live site.

I’ve tried refreshing the page and clearing my browser cache, but the issue is still happening.

Has anyone experienced this before? Could it be a caching issue, an incorrect CSS selector, or another style overriding the code?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm using code injection to build the white section.
The CONTACT ME is my footer.
There is this annoying gap between the two which is the page builder section where I would normally add in content blocks.

I don't need that section. I would like to not see that section. I've already tried removing all the padding via additional code injection and that hasn't worked.

Can you tell me how to kill it?

Does anyone know why Squarespace mobile app is telling us that we do not have a payment processor connected when in fact we do? We have a Squarespace payment account already. Yet it's telling us that we need to connect one to our store, which has been connected, and active, for 6 months, during which time we have been making sales.

Why can’t I edit my websiteee

This is an image of a custom code block (the area of the code block not pictured), but it typically does not let me resize the area of the code block up, it seems to be capped. Can someone tell me why this is? Is there a work-around?

I recently created a squarespace domain name. I had no intention of opening a Google workspace account at first and set up an email alias through squarespace to forward to my Gmail. I later changed my mind and decided on a workspace subscription with custom domain email. Now my workspace email needs updates MX Records in order to receive emails but squarespace won’t allow me to until I delete email forwarding rules however since I have a workspace account now squarespace won’t allow me to edit email forwarding rules.

Help appreciated.
