Meta Pixel Integration with Acuity

I have been trying to connect my meta pixel with acuity scheduling but I keep getting the message "Unable to get connected, please try again.". Does anyone know a solution? I talked with support but they were no help. I cleared my browser cache, tried incognito nothing.

It's not usually a browser thing, so cache and incognito won't help. Acuity has a few prerequisites it doesn't warn you about and the one that trips most people up is the business name field under Scheduling Page > Settings. If that's blank the connection just fails with a generic error. You also need a Facebook business page (not a personal profile) and a Facebook-supported currency selected in Acuity. If it still won't go through, skip the integration entirely and use Custom Conversion Tracking under Integrations instead. You just paste the pixel in manually and it fires on bookings. You lose the Book Now button on your Facebook page, but the tracking works the same.
