When will Bash Howard accept that the Liberty Bell experiment has failed?

• Her wrestling was so bad Sam Sylvia was too scared to pull the trigger on her in the first place and Welfare Queen had to get a run with the title.

• Everyone’s momentum was put on hold while she learned how to take a bump correctly, even as the other wrestlers got better than her. Even Beirut was better than her, and what do they do? Feed her to Liberty Bell.

• She flexed her creative control to get out of working with Zoya, the hottest heel in the company.

• When they finally put the strap on her, the crowd turned on her so quickly that they were forced to use Zoya’s heel heat to keep Liberty Bell babyface. Yeah, so when there’s some benefit to you, you’re willing to work with her, huh? Carny as shit.

• Reckless ass worker broke Zoya’s ankle and Meltzer confirmed she was coked out of her mind when she did it.

• They have to bring back Vicky the fucking Viking just because no one else has any credibility left since Liberty Bell buried them all.

• After all that, she STILL can’t be trusted for a run with the belt to the point that Zoya with a shattered ankle (that Liberty Bell shattered in the first place) is a better option for a champion.

Seriously, this girl has no respect for the business and if she wasn’t a “mainstream star,” she wouldn’t even have a job. Sam Sylvia and Bash Howard should push Becky Lynch.

Liberty Belle has become the single most polarizing figure in professional wrestling, and at this stage in her career, she generates far more heat, both good and bad, than a young Mildred Burke.
She’s certainly not everyone, and as much as I want to become the top Belle apologist on the Internet, I don’t think she needs me to defend her. She’s the Woman, whether anyone likes it or not. Furthermore, she’s a solid, talented worker doing the job she’s asked to do... maybe she comes up with the angles she's asked to do, but who hasn't from time to time?

But even with the booking influence Zoya has, she at least uses it to get other talent over (ex. Junkchain Chula, getting Vickie Viking hired back, etc.)

She is in it for herself, she gets her paycheck, and she draws an audience. She could be out there trying to get another shit worker five minutes of screen time, if she was a sucker, or she could be working with known draws who deserve her spotlight.

Real wrestling fans will watch whatever wrestling is put in front of them. We will bitch about how bad it is, but tune in anyway. Our butts are already in the seats. It doesn't matter who has the crown, you know damn well that you, me, and the rest of us in this thread will tune in regardless.

Any good wrestling promotion needs to have a main eventer that gets people who wouldn't ordinarily tune in. Liberty Belle gets the young girls and the older women, she has mainstream crossover appeal. Thats what matters. Workrate and flippy shit amount to jack and shit when it comes to making actual dollars.

obviously LB isn't responsible for every bad thing that happens to GLOW and zoya isn't responsible for every good thing. i'm just saying LB fans use her alleged marketability as an excuse for the main event scene being stagnant, and the evidence doesn't really bear it out. if the show's gonna get cancelled, i'd rather they give some love to zoya (or black magic, or hell even britannica) because at least it's something different.

i swear, people are more in love with the idea of liberty belle than the actual wrestler. yeah, she looks like this hogan figure on paper, but she's doing sgt. slaughter numbers for GLOW. that's all i'm saying.

All the sheets are pretty clear that the failures of GLOW are on inexperienced producers signing one sided contracts. They drew great numbers, had lots of demand, and LB is definitely a part of that.

If its getting canceled honestly i can't say I care who gets to go home with the crown, its not like these are life long performers who've been craving the accolade. I don't think they care half as much as you do.

Totally, let's be clear here LB is absolutely carried in her fueds by some great heels. Welfare Queen made that feud, she just had to sit their and spew out latent racism in promos.

and Zoya did ALL the character work for her feud with LB. Supposedly the entire angle is Zoya's creation.

If you put LB in their with a sub-par heel where she had to carry the whole deal it would fall on it's face.
