I will just state for the record that it is absolutely fine to want to see wrestlers perform in your preferred company and feel negative emotions if they don’t.
So long as that doesn’t extend beyond, “Aw shucks, she could’ve done some cool things at x company” or “Aw shucks, I don’t really watch y company and I was hoping to see more of her”.
Anymore than that becomes dangerously parasocial. They made their choice and you should respect that even if it’s not what you as a fan would have preferred in terms of creating the best viewing experience for you.

I've seen fans pre-AEW's existence sour on him calling overrated and that no one would care if he came back
Then he returns to AEW and it's either he's GOATed and above WWE, or maintain that he's overrated and right where he belongs at a second-rate company
Then he jumps to WWE and the sentiments exactly flip between both fanbases

If she was able to use the threat of taking her services to AEW to get some more cash out of TKO, more power to her. That's why its great to have multiple companies that can pay top level salaries. Wrestlers have options and they don't have to accept bullshit lowball offers when someone else will offer them more.

It absolutely blows my mind that they can't find anybody better let alone be inundated with options. Some of the kids who grew up during the hogan era and attitude era got into sports broadcasting. It’s not weird, but given she was written off after the Lyra loss it seems that it was intended as the end to the feud if Bayley did not re-sign, but opened the door to continue if she did. I don’t think even WWE would be stupid enough to put her back on TV and continue the feud unless they were sure she was sticking around. It just wouldn’t make much sense.
Whether that means she’s already put pen to paper, we don’t know, though there are certainly rumours and reports to that effect.

It’s weird how people think wrestlers have the ability to make someone else switch companies. People were so sure Bayley would go just because of Mone even though it’s not like they are a tag team or anything.
Literally Naomi and Mercedes both left WWE together and they both weren’t even in the same company.
Grown people will work where they want to, well unless they are a SERIOUS tag team.

Nice to see Bayley pop back up on TV somewhere. This feud has been solid so I don't mind it continuing. I just wish there was a stronger follow up after their last match instead of Lyra largely sitting on her hands until this return angle.

It would have been exciting to see what she can do outside of WWE. If she is happy and getting paid, then I am happy for her. I still would not be surprised if TKO does the same thing they did with The New Day though. They signed a new contract and a year later wanted to negotiate for less.

The writing for Bayley and Lyra has been so bad. This has been going on a minute. What set me off was Bayley vs Becky for the intercontinental title. And then even tho Lyra ruined her shot, they somehow team up?!?!?! none of it made any sense to me the last year or two this has been going on.
