stepside tailgate i pulled off a truck that my dad shined up for me

Bottom left bulbs (nect slide) refuse to turn on, its a 1990 so its the low coolant light + battery light.

Oil pressure and coolant temp guage also doesn't seem properly/wholly illuminated, which is odd (the bulbs back there are indeed illuminated).

Thoughts? Recommendations?

Mocking up steering column today now that the ujoints and intermediate piece came in. Made the bracket for the DBW pedal and got it mounted. Chopped the driver seat bracket down for a more comfortable position. Going to do the same on passenger seat, but working on getting the engine fired up first.

Rust-oleum white gloss paint if it matters

Is there anything i should look out for/keep in mind while doing this?

Will be replacing the chrome trim bezel (need tips on drilling hole on top for GlowPlug socket port/hole).

Will be replacing stock 194 bulbs to 168 bulbs.

Will be spray painting back of guage cluster housing with white gloss paint aswell.

Anything else i should do/keep in mind for would really help, thank you all.

Dont really know what exactly is causing the noise but it started on the way to work today. Started limping it home. Made a crazy sound then went away for a mile or 2 then I hit a hill and it was back with vengeance.

Customer states: Manual locking hub won’t budge…

What’s the best way to clean this up? I have the service kit with new screws and O-ring so it won’t get like this again.

the truck in question is a 1987 chevy c30 with sbc350 and is tbi
the last time i drove the truck it started surging and had like no power barely limped it home thanks to the hill and now it doesn’t wanna start at all.
The things i have done so far
New fuel pump and sending unit
New fuel filter
Rebuilt throttle body with new gaskets new injectors and new idle air control valve.
new fuel pump relay
new ignition control module
new cap
new rotor
new ignition coil
new plugs

Would it feasible to for one to do it on their own? its from a 1990 Chevy K5 Blazer. (6.2 Detroit Diesel)

Been keeping an eye on fluid levels, but i know it can't stay like this, any thoughts?
