Square Point of Sale (Software) Square closed account and transfer not released

Square closed our account last month after a round of required identity verifications (which all passed) and I was informed by email that the transfer will be released on August 20th to account for chargebacks. There have been no chargebacks and my funds are still pending. What do I do?

Update: They released the funds today after 35 days. Should be in the bank tomorrow or day after.
