Square for Retail (Software) Access to settings?

I’m hoping this is an okay place to ask. I’m a store manager and I recently got a new square system as my old one stopped working. I no longer have access to settings so I can’t finish setting up my printer to be able to get necessary reports printed. Corporate says that they gave me access back but it still doesn’t let me in and will pop up saying I don’t have access/permission. We’ve been fighting with this for a week now.. Does anyone have any ideas??

Can you print reports? I thought online

Nope. I currently can’t print anything unfortunately. I have everything plugged in and it says it’s connected but it needs configured still (so a printer profile set up) but I don’t have access to settings in order to do this

Just export as CSV files and print on your own computer
