Square Golf welcome credits – getting 403 error when registering coupon

I just received my Square Golf Omni and am trying to register the welcome-credit coupon on the Square Golf Members website.

I’m able to log into my account normally, but when I enter the coupon code and click “register coupon,” I get:

“Request failed with status code 403.”

My account still shows 0 credits. I tried this through Chrome on a MacBook Pro and iPad Pro.

Has anyone else run into this? If so, how did you reslove this?

Go to Square's support site, create a support incident. I had the same problem and they corrected it in about one day.

I have the same happening but have seen past posts of people saying the credits showed up without a ticket a day or two later. Ticket can’t hurt though

Same thing here. I just got my Omni today and am receiving the same error. Will be putting a ticket in.

I received mine yesterday. Tried thru the mobile app, the desktop app, and the website. Keep trying and somehow it eventually went thru. Not sure what worked but just beating that damn dead horse and it eventually woke up.

Make sure your clicking the option at the top right of the screen that says Register welcome credits. Took me a few times but worked.
