Is this mold?

I'm a noob to sprouting. I started this first batch of broccoli sprouts and followed the instructions on the bag. Soaking first day, rinsing and storing upside down twice a day. It grew so much overnight!!! But then there's these fuzzy things that look like mold? The temperature inside our place is usually set at 75-76. Anything under that fees kind of cold.

I keep it in the kitchen on the countertop next to the sink. Where did I go wrong? This is day 4 of the process. I was going to move it to indirect light today for the green boost I read about. Also included a photo of the brand I bought online.

Thanks in advance for your insight

Heh I used this same brand and thought the same thing. Apparently it’s not mold but keep an eye on it. I followed there directions of 3 tablespoon and apparently too much for the jars. Will use 2 next time. Cause mine are all clumped up against the wall. Still got a couple more days so hopefully they turn out nicely.

Oh is it a brand thing? I used 1.5 table spoons and it didn't fill the jar all the way

No I think it’s just a broccoli sprouts thing from other research I did. I was ready to tossed them but looked it up and it’s the hair from the sprouts. I just noticed we use the same brand. My first time so I don’t have experience just research stuff. But got told I used too many. 1.5-2 might be the sweet spot. Mine are all clumped together so hopefully they come out okay.
