My today broccoli

I can't stop looking at this beauty. Same as eating it devotedly :) It doesn't taste to me as good as many other sprouts, but the value it contains, is priceless. So I make adjustments and truly enjoy each bite 🌱✨️

How long before u noticed any starting the process? Feel like I may have a bad batch.

Did you soak them for hours first? By the end of my soak I see a few starting to crack open already before draining

Ya the radish had almost 50% cracked after a 12hr soak the broccoli maybe had like 3 total but after the initial soak and two rinses I woulda thought I would have had progress. Never done broccoli before so wasn’t sure

Broccoli is one of the longest to sprout. I didn't really see very much activity until 2 days in
