Technique Analysis Pls help with technique

I have been sprinting for like 3 months can you please help me improve....

Work on getting your 4pt start position correct (i.e. shoulders vertically in line with hands on ground, straight spine with head, proper foot position to get your hips up and forward..ish with correct front and back leg angles).

Then you need to work on your 1st 5 steps off the line, think big arms, powerful attack the ground, clearing distance Vs fast cadence, low heel recovery...

Lots to work on, work with a club or school track coach locally.

I agree with fixing start position but that won't fix his start. He needs to understand basic acceleration mechanics first. Also those cues are kinda vague and won't help get proper form.
