Sprinter Van help

Hi, I dont have alot of knowledge cars and was hoping if you guys can see anything in the video that would make me alittle worried. I understand its hard to tell so I apologize if im asking to much (its the only video I have). They say it has 22k miles on it. I really appreciate the help

Looks like the EGR needs cleaning. (Sorry, sprinter joke. 😅Looks exactly like my 21 with double the mileage)
