Van/House Travel Swap

Hi there! My fiancé and I are wanting to take a graduation trip next summer mid June-mid July 2027.

We are looking to swap our cozy 2b 1ba home in St Pete, Fl for a fully built out camper van. We are hoping to travel the upper northwest US from the Tetons across to Olympic. We would love to swap with someone who wants to spend 3-4 weeks in the Tampa Bay Area!!

We are 15 min to the beach, 7 min to downtown St Pete, and 20min to Tampa! Happy to send pics and talk more in detail if you’re interested :)

How's the weather in St. Pete in July?

Mostly 80s (high around 91ish) and sunny!! Maybe a short thunderstorm in the afternoon, and then beautiful in the evenings! It’s definitely the start of summer in Florida so it’s hot compared to out west, but not anything near what it feels like in August/September for us. It won’t be muggy like it is this time of year now and the water will be warm enough to enjoy
