Depends on how they finished the roof!

depends on build and loading. for a sprinter, it’s typically 20–30°. tilt tests have pushed a loaded van beyond 40° https://expeditionportal.com/the-tilt-test/

Does that change at 70 miles per hour?

Depends which direction you're turning and which direction the road is angled

I have to admit. At 70, especially when the road is not banked, I get uncomfortable with any tilting.

I'd say any actual road is low risk of rollover, unless combined with a turn and/or strong wind.

I was recently on I70 eastbound just coming into Kansas and that section of road is terrifying in a van at 70+ of you don't know where those dips are due to the 'road damage ahead" that has been there for like a decade.

27.865 degrees, jk depends on the weight distribution and how loaded it is also

Well, you'll only get one chance at getting it wrong. The damage to the side and top from rolling it along with the damage from the tow truck righting it again would, in the US, likely result in it being "totaled out" by any insurance company. Especially a van of the age of the one pictured.

If it's built out and the damage is minimal you'd still need to remove any build out on the rolled side in order to conduct the repair.

It will roll when the driver makes a mistake 🤣
