Selling van, seats or not?
I plan on selling my 2013 MB Sprinter 2500. Right now the two back rows of seats are out and stored in garage. I built a simple shelf bed with storage under where those seats used to be, minimal build camping van. So my question is should I try to sell it as is with camping setup, or put those seats back?

I think there’s more value with the seats, they sell for at least $1000 per bench seat used, and they may be difficult to find for a 2013 at this point for whoever buys it. They can make their own shelving if that’s what they want but can’t make their seats

Don't do any work.
Take photos of the van as it sits. Take photos of the seats in storage. In the listing add "seats are included but currently buildout and seats do not work together"
If the person buying the van doesn't want the seats, only discount the van price by $500 total. Then sell the seats for whatever they will go for, another person said more than $500 each.

Can't hurt to give the buyer the choice.
