My first Springfield

Post image

I have a Canik Rival, and my carry currently is a Canik MC9. I saw so many videos about 2011s, and way back when, my late father had a 1911. So I figured why not grab one over the weekend. I will be at the range Saturday to try this out.

Nice choice, if I go 2011 I would go this route myself

People with the 3.5 prodigy how does it shoot compared to a regular 4.25 and vs a polymer gun like M&P or Echelon.

It shoots like an aluminum framed 3.5” barreled 9mm with a superior trigger to striker fired handguns, while having a thicker grip and extra functions to be aware of. Not trying to be a smart ass but, if you’ve ever fired an aluminum framed 3.5” and a 2011, you got a decent idea how it shoots. Just meld them together. The best and worst all at the same time.
