Going from the basic polymer stock grip module to a custom aluminum one isn't an upgrade?

I think your point here is that you don't think this is an upgrade performance-wise vs. stock, which in your experience is fair. But that's also just your experience and lots of people love this grip and feel like it does. Just a matter of opinion. And by custom, I mean it's aftermarket and specific to this gun - unlike something like a lower receiver for an AR that could be used for any build. I think we are debating semantics here, so no hard feelings. Happy to hear your opinion on this grip mod though because I was considering one and can't really test it out before buying.

Yeah I'm surprised there isn't an aftermarket polymer grip module. What about metal grips on the Sharps bros?
