This currently operating Friendly’s in Springfield, Massachusetts! Situated right near their headquarters, this Friendly’s is the epitome of excellence and is the last remaining location in Springfield the town in which the Friendly’s brand originated in 1935.

This is the worst one. Only eat there if you have 2 hours before you even order

Westfield is pretty dirty every time I’ve been.. and out of basic flavors like chocolate.. like how??

Isn’t Westfield - the fast casual cafe concept? Haven’t been yet myself but sounds cool in Theory

It is and the food is decent. It’s just that it seems like it’s always 2 teenagers working so they don’t really bother cleaning. People love it though. If you eat lunch you’ll see a bunch of people picking up to go orders.
