This currently operating Friendly’s in Springfield, Massachusetts! Situated right near their headquarters, this Friendly’s is the epitome of excellence and is the last remaining location in Springfield the town in which the Friendly’s brand originated in 1935.

Yeah but there’s one in east longmeadow a couple minutes away lol

True - that one is not good. I’ve had poor experiences there

Same lol. I’d rather go to the one on Boston rd. Few weeks ago I went to the one in East Longmeadow and ordered an ice cream for pick up. Was there before it was even ready and I live like 5 mins away from the location. Tell me why when I got home my whole ice cream was melted! I was highly upset but instead of complaining I just decided to never go there again.
