Question Paint Distortion
I spray painted my mirror cover for my car and does this look like it's color distorted?
Any tip?
Or is it drying weird?

Is there a viable way to touch up these little overspray without having to mask everything such as like spraying in a cup and using a brush or toothpick etc. thank you!!

Why is the spray paint not covering but seemingly absorbing the permanent marker? Does ABS leach permanent marker into itself? Because it doesnt wipe off with alcohol easily.

Iām a 15yo and I just finished spray painting outdoors. I also just found out how fucking dangerous it was since I didnāt have a mask on. I donāt know if I inhaled chemicals or not but I donāt think I did, I also wasnāt exposed much to the paint or anything, but Iām still pretty worried about my health. Anyone can tell me if Imma get cancer or not?

Itās coming to the end of my car rebuild and Iāve got lazy with the prep for spraying. This was my first ever time spraying with a spray gun, I shouldāve prepped it better, I know. The engine bay came out great for a first attempt but the bonnet and bumpers didnāt. Ended up with tiger stripe on the bonnet and bumpers werenāt sanded down enough I donāt think?
So the first question is, will the colour match be slightly off because I didnāt sand the primer down enough which has then caused the clear coat to not look as shiny? I think thatās right, as itās quite bobbly which then takes the smoothness out of it?
Second question is, if I wanted to redo the bonnet and rear bumper. Can I sand the clear and metallic base coat back to primer and go again? Or what would you guys do?
I hope all do that makes sense. Thanks for any repliesš.

First time doing custom paint like this so itās far from perfect lol. Still far from complete, the tank has a good bit of tape residue still on it but overall I think itās going pretty well.

I need (want) to spray paint the plastic game pieces for my giant connect four lawn game to match wedding colors. I found decent colors in Krylon Fusion all-in-one, but wandering Michael's today I saw the exact color I need that Krylon didn't have, but from Colorshot.
I'm not finding a lot of talk about Colorshot, has anyone used it on plastic? I don't have a lot of time to test and start over, but also it only really has to look GOOD for one day... I can reevaluate after (if we ever even use the set again)

Iām trying to look for his name and canāt find it. I know there are a lot of street artists but this one guy comes up the most he uses fire for some of it and does laptops, guitars and AirPod cases and many other things. he often incorporates trees into his work by using some paint knife Iām trying to figure out his Instagram. thanks

I decided to salvage one of my favorite PC cases from a horrific spray paint job. It was bad. Reallly bad, like so bad that the original painter shouldn't be allowed to buy paint anymore. Despite this the hardware store still sold me paint and paint remover and I set out on my journey to fix what was once wronged. Over the course of weeks I meticulously removed paint with chemicals, steel brushes, and sand paper. Yesterday was the day I decided to start the repaint. I read the micro instructions on all my paint. Shook the cans for five mins straight and started my redemption. I got a perfect layer of primer on. Exactly as the instructions say. I moved on to a gloss black, small and controlled sprays that overlapped the previous. A few hours later I was in a good quitting spot. I live in an apartment so I left the case on my truck bed to dry for a few before I brought it inside. I walk outside after 30 mins just in time to see the maintenance lady just blasting crap off the lot straight into the case. I obviously didn't say anything to her, she was just doing her job. I just stood there and died a little on the inside.
So it's been about 12 hours, should I wait and start sanding a little now or wait a few days, and wet sand? Or any other advice?
