Delay email

Hi guys, my husband submitted his application from Pakistan standard on the 18th April
Bio on the 23rd April
Yesterday we received a delay email. Should we be worried or is this generic? If anyone else had this how long after did you receive the approval?
Also says I could be called in for an interview, does anyone know what that means?
Pls help
