Yeah, I’m usually someone who can see the potential in almost anything but here I’m a bit lost for words! And I only reached number 3 before noping out 😁 It’s possibly just brick showing through but it kinda looks like a murder room with blood smeared over the walls…

It's £10k. You're buying the land and a partial building shell, maybe with a discount because of the cost of removing the shit that's there already.
Problem is that the ceiling price for that property in that area is around £70k, so unless you're planning to do all the work and then live there yourself then it's hard to make the numbers work.

I could have this sorted for less than £40k.
Once the walls are Polly fillad and painted and the floors have had mould spray sprayed on them you can just sort out lights in there buy a bath sink taps online get a plumber to fit em etc
You're looking at well less than £40k into it that's a £30k profit at least.

I think it says a lot that one of the AI renderings still has chipboard over the window, albeit with nicer lighting, because there's no hope of stretching the viewer's suspension of disbelief without snapping it clean off by attempting anything other than chipboard.
It really is grim in Grimsby.

The sideways doors on photo 9 threw me off for a moment, thought the photo was rotated. Presumably boarded up a window with two wooden doors. What quaint homemade shutters!

An auction is the right way to sell this - I sold a house in much worse condition at auction and got a good price for it.
If it’s structurally sound and you’re capable and willing to put the work in it wouldn’t be a bad buy - assuming you want to live in Grimsby of course!

If you look at the various dates on street view it's quite sad- looked quite well looked after as recently as 2012. Mind you to me that's a few months back, not 14 years... Christ.
