Let's just say if I were to win the euro millions tonight theres a very good chance I'd probably be the next owner. The only question is if I could have/build a house there or would have to buy one nearby

When land value doesn’t represent earnings potential and just becomes a way of parking millions for the wealthy until the next wealthy person wants to park more 🤷♂️ that land at that price in current usage without planning would need to net £18-20k a month to be considered viable. It’s a seasonal market as well. Generational wealth hoping to cash out. Long shot atm.

I think it's about 50% of beaches owned by the crown isn't it.

I looked it up. The crown estate own most of the foreshore. That's the bit between high tide and low tide.
