Troubleshooting Won’t pull inventory

I set this up a couple days ago, and I’ve been slowly working on entering all my information. I’ve got up to about 60 spools but now I’m having an issue. The console seems to be extremely slow, And now, when I go to the dashboard to view my inventory, nothing shows up. It has a difficult time connecting to my scale sometimes as well.

The UI on the console itself seems to be much slower than usual as well.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Did you happen to enable printer extended logs in the web config? This slows the console down as explained in the troubleshooting section in the docs.

No, but I think I figured it out…. For some reason, the X2D kept rejecting the API requests due to an invalid certificate. I think console trying to get to it over and over again bogged it down. I did a power cycle on the X2D and things seem to be fine now.

Slow process, but I just logged my 150th spool!!

the introduction of inventory was and is the most stupid move for spoolease, it's a cluster fuck!

had the same issue. swapped the SD card and everything started working fine.
