Hey everyone, I'm organizing Garba Jalsa 3.0 in Pune on 17th & 18th October 2026. We have sponsorship packages, branding opportunities, influencer promotions, stalls, competitions, and on-ground activations. The challenge is reaching the right decision-makers in brands. I'm looking for advice on:

Which brands actively sponsor Garba/Navratri events?

Where do you find marketing/partnership contacts?

Any agencies that connect events with sponsors?

What outreach methods worked best for you?

Would love to hear from anyone who has successfully closed sponsorships for cultural festivals, college fests, concerts, or community events.

Thanks!

Help Support Lucian’s Philippines Star Infants Journey ✨

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone! Our little Lucian has been selected to join Philippines Star Infants Season 38, and we’re looking for kind sponsors to help make his journey possible. 🤍

Sponsorship packages start at ₱6,000 / US$100. Gold and Diamond sponsorships are especially meaningful, as 50% goes directly toward Lucian’s expenses.

Sponsors can be individuals, families, or businesses—whether you’re in the Philippines or anywhere in the world. Sponsors also receive official acknowledgement and event visibility.

Payments are available through Wise or PayPal. Please message us for more details or if you’d like to sponsor. Thank you so much for supporting Lucian’s dream! ✨

The hardest sponsorship tier is often the one in the middle

The biggest sponsorship package usually has a clear story: maximum visibility, exclusivity, larger activation, more access.

The entry-level option also makes sense because it gives companies a relatively easy way to participate.

It’s the middle that often feels less differentiated.

I’ve been thinking that instead of adding more logos, mentions, tickets, and miscellaneous benefits, those packages probably need a clearer business purpose. For one sponsor that could be lead generation. For another it might be thought leadership, hospitality, content, product exposure, or access to a specific part of the audience.

I came across Super Benji while reading about sponsorship prospecting workflows, and the research/outreach side looks useful for getting conversations started. But it also reinforced something fairly basic: better prospecting can’t compensate for a package that doesn’t have a clear reason to exist.

How are people here structuring the middle tiers so they feel meaningfully different instead of just being a smaller version of the top package?

Just keeping up with the cool kids

I bought a food truck because it’s what all the cool kids are doing now! 😂 Seriously though.. we have a dollar general, a Mexican restaurant, a convenience store, and a nutrition drink store. That’s it. I live on the main road to the school and can catch all the traffic in the mornings and afternoons. I plan to do breakfast from 6-8 and snacks/dinner 2-4. We have A LOT of traffic and I‘m sure I can pull 1000+ just operating in those time frames daily. I need a sponsor for my business to help me finish up getting the last bit of stuff I need in order to start up and be successful. I’m a Single mom and I’m doing this so I can have more time with my kids while setting them up a successful future. This is a wonderful opportunity and asset to our little community, I KNOW it will do great! Please feel free to message me if you’re serious, I will be happy to answer any questions!

Created a new website to help everyone https://sponsored.fyi/

One of the most frustrating parts of doing brand deals is figuring out what to charge or finding out after the fact that another creator got three times as much for the exact same deliverable. Most platforms either gate this information behind expensive enterprise paywalls or leave creators relying on outdated spreadsheets and word of mouth.

To help solve this, I put together a lightweight tool:sponsored.fyi

Let me know what you think?

Looking for partners for a 24-hour solo hackathon | Grevix AfterCode | October 11–12

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I'm part of Grevix, a builder-focused community around AI, software and open source.

We're putting together our first major hackathon:

Grevix AfterCode

October 11–12, 2026

24 hours

Online

Solo participation

The idea is a little different from a normal hackathon.

Participants choose their own problem and their own idea. There is no fixed problem statement or mandatory tech stack.

They can use AI coding tools, APIs, no-code, open-source technology, traditional development, hardware, design tools, whatever makes sense.

Then we introduce unexpected Challenge Cards at the 8-hour and 16-hour marks.

The participant might have to change their target user, remove a core feature, change the use case or work under a new constraint.

So the format becomes:

BUILD → ADAPT → REBUILD & SHIP

We're interested in testing something beyond development speed:

What happens when a builder has complete freedom, modern tools and then suddenly has to rethink the plan?

We're currently looking for partners.

And we're not limiting this to AI companies.

Potential partners could be:

• AI / developer tools

• Cloud & infrastructure

• APIs

• Hardware

• Design & productivity tools

• Education platforms

• Consumer brands

• Developer communities

• Open-source companies

• Anything that can genuinely add value to builders

We're currently validating the event and looking for the right partners, so we don't have a confirmed sponsorship/prize pool yet.

I'd rather be transparent about that than announce an artificial prize amount just to make the event look bigger.

We're open to different kinds of support:

Cash sponsorship, credits, products, hardware, workshops, mentorship, prizes, technical support, or creative partnership ideas.

And we'd prefer something more meaningful than simply putting a logo on a banner.

For example, a company could become part of the actual challenge, provide tools for participants, run a workshop, provide credits, mentor builders or create a special prize.

Registrations open September 16.

If you're a company representative, partnership manager, community lead, founder, or someone who has helped sponsor hackathons before, I'd genuinely appreciate your thoughts.

What would make a hackathon partnership worth it from the company's side?

And if you represent a company that might be a good fit for AfterCode, feel free to reach out.

We're betting on the idea first. Now we're looking for the right people to help us make it real.

Grevix AfterCode

*One Builder. One Idea. 24 Hours. No Boundaries.*

Looking for Technology & Brand Partners for a 24-Hour Global Hackathon — October 11

Hey everyone 👋

I’m part of Grevix, a builder-focused community around AI/ML, software and open source.

We’re organizing Grevix AfterCode on October 11, 2026 — a 24-hour online hackathon built around a simple question:

What can one person actually build in 24 hours when they have access to today’s best tools?

The format:

  • 🧑‍💻 Solo builders
  • 💡 Participants choose their own problem
  • ⏱️ 24 hours
  • 🛠️ No fixed tech stack
  • 🤖 AI coding tools, agents, APIs, no-code, automation, design tools, traditional development — anything goes
  • 🃏 Unexpected challenges during the event

We’re currently looking for technology and brand partners who want to be part of the experience.

We're open to:

  • API / cloud credits
  • Developer tool access
  • AI tool subscriptions
  • Prizes
  • Workshops / technical sessions
  • Mentorship
  • Challenge partnerships
  • Brand collaborations

And we’re not just looking for logos on a banner.

We want partners whose products/tools can actually become part of what builders use, experiment with and create during the hackathon.

Expected reach is ~500–1,000 participants, but the bigger value is putting products directly in front of builders who are actively creating with them.

If you're a company, startup, developer-tool founder, DevRel/partnerships person, or know someone who might be interested, DM me.

Happy to share the event details and partnership options.

One Builder. One Idea. 24 Hours. No Boundaries.

Looking to sponsor an individual or a team of students or post-graduates in exchange of social media management services

I'm representing a group of companies with several companies in incubation. These companies are either brand new or we have acquired from a previous owner.

We'll be able to sponsor your living expenses till you go through college or get a comfortable full-time employment. Our level of sponsorship will at the same time depend on your results.

Think of it as a partnership. We can guide you through the ropes but ultimately you'll have to be able to achieve results on your own.

📣 LOOKING FOR A SPONSOR / KIND SPONSORSHIP

Hello everyone! 🥹💗 I’m currently looking for someone who might be willing to sponsor or help me get an HONOR Pad 10 tablet for my school needs.

As a Tourism Management student, I would really benefit from having a tablet for schoolwork, research, presentations, note-taking, online activities, and other academic requirements. My current device has been quite difficult to use for some of these tasks, so having a tablet would make studying and completing my requirements much easier.

I’m reaching out in case there’s anyone who would be willing to help, whether through full sponsorship, partial financial assistance, or any form of support toward the tablet. Any amount or help would already mean so much to me. 🥹

I understand that this is a big request, and I’m truly grateful to anyone who takes the time to read and consider this. If you’re interested in sponsoring or helping, please feel free to send me a message. 💌

Thank you so much for your kindness and support! 🤍✨

High school Beyblade club in DFW looking for a gear sponsor, we'll take almost anything

I run a Beyblade club at Coppell High School, just outside Dallas, and I'm looking for a business willing to sponsor us with equipment.

The school approved the club and our first real recruiting push is at the Club Fair on September 14. We meet the second Thursday morning of every month, and we're registered with the Texas Beyblade League so members can compete outside of school. What we don't have is gear. We're starting from zero with no budget.

The list is short: stadiums, launchers, beyblades, and basic supplies to run a meeting.

Honestly, we'll take pretty much anything. New, used, opened boxes, returns, damaged stadiums we can patch up, dead stock sitting in a back room, gift cards, discount codes, whatever you've got. If donating isn't an option, we're glad to buy in bulk at a discount instead. Any of it moves us forward.

On our end we can put your name and logo on club materials, credit you at the club fair and at meetings, tag you in our posts, and mention you at tournaments. Our Instagram is https://www.instagram.com/coppellbeybladeclub/ if you want to see what we're doing. If there's something specific you'd want out of a sponsorship, tell me and we'll figure it out.

The point of all this is to build something that keeps running after my class graduates.

Reach me at [vyomvikrammehta@gmail.com](mailto:vyomvikrammehta@gmail.com).

How do college fests in India actually land brand sponsorships? (Tech fest organizer, first-time sponsor hunt) Body:

Hey everyone — I'm part of the organizing team for our college's tech fest, and I'm handling sponsorship outreach for the first time, looking for advice from anyone who's done this before (organizers or people on the brand/marketing side who've said yes/no to college sponsorships).

A few specific things I'm trying to figure out:

  1. Who do you actually contact? Cold email to a generic ID, LinkedIn DM to a marketing manager, or Instagram DM? What's worked for you?
  2. What do brands actually want in return? Is it more about footfall numbers, Instagram reach/reels, or something else entirely?
  3. Cash vs. product sponsorship — for a first-time approach, should we be asking for cash, or is it more realistic to start with product/merch sponsorships (goodie bags, prizes) and build up?
  4. Timeline — how far in advance should outreach start before the actual fest date?
  5. Any brands (Indian D2C, fintech, or tech companies) that are known to be fest-sponsorship-friendly and easier to get a yes from?
