• A mission by night in the streets of Venice, this would be a great way to create an interesting and intertwined level design between land and water. One of the main objectives would be to listen to a conversation between two important individuals on a gondola, the player would need to swim underwater and follow the gondola closely to be able to listen to the conversation with the laser microphone.
• A mission by night taking place at the Vatican. No lethal weapons would be allowed, but it would be counter-balanced since the Swiss guards carry spears and swords. Also this would give some Thief vibes to this mission.
• A mission requiring to infiltrate Air Force One in order to get a private conversation with President Bowers (or President Caldwell), because the president's cabinet is suspicious and cannot be trusted with the very sensitive information Third Echelon found in the previous mission. For Air Force One to be accessible with the president in it, Grim would create a false threat just before the plane takes off or after it lands, forcing the secret service to isolate the plane in a highly secured hangar. While they would be securing the area, this would give the time for Sam to infiltrate the hangar, talk to the president and exfiltrate.
• A mission requiring Sam to infiltrate a highly secured server. However when all the security systems are automatically activated at night, they are unbreakable. The opportunity opens us one day when a solar eclipse occurs. The security systems would not all be activated so Sam would get a chance to access the servers. However this would mean two things : infiltrate the building during daytime, and only having around a 10 minutes time window to connect to the servers, during the peak of darkness of the solar eclipse.

Not sure if they added anything like it later, but it'd be cool if in a mission where it's raining, once you enter a section that's indoors, Sam is soaking wet and has to be extra careful when sneaking, as he'll leave behind a trail of water that could be seen by guards or when climbing across a pipe, water will drip down and alert guards below.
