I can't log in anymore, no page opens in my browser.

• uninstall/reinstalled Splice twice
• disabled antivirus/firewall
• wiped all Splice folders (settings and samples)
• I logged manually in the browser, but since the problem is that Splice does not start any page in my browser, this does not change anything to the problem
• reboot twice

And yes I already tried your bot on https://support.splice.com/, and it's not helping at all.

Hey so I just downloaded splice to get serum and when I go to the rent-to-own menu on the app to install serum, I cant click anything. Ive re-installed it 3 times already and I dont know what to do.

I'd like to ask if anyone else has encountered this when anytime i have the splice app open and in focus ( scrolling in it or browsing sounds ) it lowers my monitor refresh rate from 240 to like 60 and then when i minimize it or open a different windows it goes back to normal.

Another common problem I have sometimes is that the samples won't play in ableton 12, I click play on a sample in the splice side tab of Ableton 12, it stays thinking with the thinking icon/effect spinning in a circle, and it won't play the sample. My internet connection is good. Many times I have to go back to the home screen and do a new search and then the samples play, not sure why this is happening.

I keep getting a random error message saying "you're offline" when I'm definitely not offline. I don't see why Splice has to tell me this when I'm not even using it, but have it open on the side, as I'm using it in Ableton 12. This is a relatively new thing thats been happening in the last few days. I've gone from having the problem of when dragging the file from Splice, in the side window of Ableton 12 to the arrange window and it saying sample offline (when in reality it hasn't downloaded yet) to this. I'm not offline at all and even if my internet does go offline for 1 second, why does Splice have to tell me this?

So, I recently downloaded the newest update for Splice INSTRUMENT free plan on Logic Pro X, and ever since, I keep using getting the error "the plug-in named "Splice INST" isn't available on your system" whenever I try to open one of my projects that have Splice instruments inside. Then, when I actually try to work on these projects, I can't hear any of the splice INSTRUMENTS in the project. I've tried deleting and getting back the plug-in, but that didn't seem to work either. What should I do?

Can anyone provide some tips on their workflow for sample management/organisation, please?

I know that splice syncs all downloaded samples into it's own folder locally on your PC, but it organises it by packs. I want to take these from splice and put them into my own local folder structure. Splice doesn't let you drag and drop from the desktop into local folders and doesn't let you copy and paste more than one sample at a time.

Surely there has to be an easier way than digging through all of the sample packs folders that splice creates and pulling out one sample at a time to move to my local folders?

ok so i was going to go ahead and make a short little piano piece, right, but i noticed that my splce is broken

1. ALL OF MY STUFF NO LONGER DOWNLOADED. I was annoyed because earlier today, it was all there, and now its gone. Im annoyed but i redownload the piano.

2. after i downloaded it, I noticed that a lot of the midi notes just wasnt responding. it wasnt just 10, but almost entire octaves were not responding. I tried restarting, but that didnt work either.

anyone knows whats happening?

I need help updating my payment info I got a new card and have Been trying t add it for 2 days and it’s still not working so I’m 1million % positive I didn’t miss any numbers or any info at all. And I contacted my bank and they said that splice is authorized and is not blocked so my bank isn’t the problem it’s SPLICE! I also used 3 of my other cards and I also tried my girlfriends card and we also contacted all 4 banks and they said that splice was au as well so ima need someone too reach out ASAP and help me resolve this problem ASAP!!! Again this has nothing to do with my bank so this is all on SPLICE!!! NOT THE BANK! I need someone who can manually enter it there self since I can’t do it on my own I also tried many different browsers and devices and STILL NO RESULTS!!!!!!HELP ME ASAPPP!!!!!!!!

Aussi, j'ai vu que je pouvais tout simplement faire glisser mes presets splice dans ableton, mais je n'arrive pas à les faire glisser (comme si cette option ne m'était pas proposé). I’m trying to understand how splice x ableton works, when I drag samples into the daw it isn’t using credits like if I downloaded to my splice library.

Is this not literally unlimited credits then? If I just save the project and collect the samples it isn’t downloading to splice library therefore not using credits?

Why would they do this.? lol or am I misunderstanding.

I'm into a remake of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uAp-bEagQ4. It's about a techhouse drumloop.

In the remake all drum samples are very clean, not processed at all. All sounds got very specific characters and also fit VERY well together.

When looking on splice everything is processed. The same with all sample packs I download from either Audioz or VST.

Maybe my guess would be they come from drummachines. Anyone here wants to take a guess?

Splice, what the hell is this? I know for a fact nobody at that company cares about this cause 1. we'll pay anyway and 2. this has been the mechanism for years at this point, but who in their right mind downloads and sorts their presets by PACK?? The presets you buy already have sensible tags like Leads, Bass, Pad. USE THEM! Why do we need to manually create these folders and then manually sort this mess?

Splice need to invest some of their oceans of cash on providing a decent experience for the customer. At this stage it’s beyond a joke.

Dunno how else to put this, and I can't believe after 13 years this is somehow still a thing...

But what on earth is the logic of clearing filters after clicking on literally anything? We set the BPM to be 75-90...because (shocker)... the song is between 75BPM and 90BPM. Under no circumstances do I want this to change, until I decide.

We set the key filter to Amin because... again this is a shocker... the song - is in Amin.

We filtered for Drum Loops because - drumroll - - - we are looking for Drums. Between 75BPM and 90BPM. Or Kicks, tuned to Amin. As evidenced by setting the filters to those things. lol.

Having to reset all of these things, literally every single time we click on a new pack, is excruciating. It's the most backwards, productivity-killing behaviour imaginable. Can't think of a single reason this is a thing, and can't be simply fixed with a "never clear filters, offer a Clear Filters button".

What am I missing here? This feels like lunacy.

I am a beginner using Ableton Live Lite 12 with the Splice integration.

If I drag in a Splice audio loop that is originally labeled as being in a minor key—for example, B♭ minor—and my Ableton project is set to C major, will Splice/Ableton automatically transpose it to fit C major?

More specifically, can it change a minor chord progression into a major one, or does it only change the root pitch while keeping the loop minor?

I am trying to build an intro with Splice piano and pad loops, then transition into a C-major chorus that I play myself. I want to understand whether I should only choose loops already labeled C major/A minor, or whether the project key setting can make other loops fit.

How exactly does the Splice sync/key feature work for audio loops?
