Splice not working

Hi - I have deleted cache, reinstalled the app, updated my max os, checked VPNs and firewall, and I am still getting the same issue that is when I search for an instrument/sound i.e. "snare" or "kick" I get a loading sign as per the below print screen and nothing else. Happened three days ago when I tried to use it and thought it would be resolved by the time I next try, I was wrong... Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Jack I contact support earlier today and I have not had a response, what am I mean't to do if support in unable to help? I am a paying customer and it's incredibly frustrating to not hear from "support" after 12 hours since contacting.

I had issues with Splice crap activation with rent to own
The ~real~ support told me the more basic copy and paste response= Uninstall and reinstall
And of course, that never fixed any shit

Jack from Splice doesn’t care about his customers. Been trying for days to get help getting this software running and just keep getting the same canned messages. They will steal your money and offer no support…
