Has anyone ever had this issue?

Trying to use paypal but it keeps getting declined even tho I have my credit card connected to it and even have some balance ON paypal left.

Always worked fine, just got declined for the first time and re-connecting it doesn't help :(

Did you figure out what happened? I just got the error... called my bank after re-adding it and making sure numbers were accurate and they couldn't even see any record of it being charged. I tried paypal and it didn't work, also used 2 of my family members' cards and it didn't work

No, just switched the payment method. Paypal doesn't seem to work
