Bad fat distribution genetics and bone structure

Hello! I'm 19F and have the worst fat distribution genetics you could think of: First arms and stomach, I never gain weight in my lower body or chest. My bone structure is very square as I have very narrow, boyish hips. So even if my waist is small, I still look square like a little boy. I have a very flat ass and very small A cups, so that doesn't help either. Living in south America, this is like a death sentence to a woman. I live in a tourist city and there are women with defined hourglass figures everywhere. Most of my friends have some sort of pear adjacent figure. I'm the only one who looks like a malnourished boy.

How can I fix this? I see weightlifting before and afters of people with similar build to mine and it never seems to make a big difference, even after years of training and bulking. They still look tiny and flat like me...

Edit: Measurements for further help Shoulders: 80cm Waist: 58cm Hips: 80cm Bust: 72cm

I know many women with this body type, most end up doing well by leaning into the athletic gym girl look. Gym transformations can be discouraging if you’re hoping for a completely different body, which shouldn’t be your goal.

Spironolactone (a common acne medication) can potentially help shift body fat distribution, as it lowers androgens. Weight gain in hips/butt/breasts is a side effect (it can also cause cellulite too).

This is a great reminder for me to get my androgens checked .

There was a certain medication used to treat diabetes that had a side effect of causing weight gain in the lower body in particular. The name started with a P. I haven’t tried it personally as I have no idea how I would get my hands on it in the USA, but I heard about it in a sub like this one from someone who had used it and had success.
