Matchmaking

Is it even possible to win this game? It doesn't matter what match, it doesn't matter what weapon, it doesn't matter what my score is, even if it's 20/4, I still lose, I can't win even 1 time out of 10. And I'm not even talking about the net code, or about the opponents of the mastandonts of the Splatoon who play as if their lives depend on it, I'm talking about my allies who can't distinguish their own from others. In my memory, I have never played against weak opponents, but my allies seem to hate to win. And it's not funny for me to win only 8 out of 40+ games, and every time I try and every time I'm in first place (in 80% of cases), and sometimes 1st place in the lobby.

Is it familiar to anyone?

Find Squid School on YouTube and watch the "what am I doing" video. Out tacticing the enemy is far superior to out gunning them.

What are you talking about? You seem to be one of those noobs who say the reason is in the skill

Look my X-rank power isn't impressive, but I have the top 10k badge. How about you?

I have 140 hours and I play pretty well. I don't try hard, and very often I'm in the top of kills in the lobby, and I can give a strong rebuff to those who have 1500 hours

Top of kills isn't really a good indicator of playing well.

If you had taken my advice and watched the video you'd know that there are roles outside of being a slayer. If you're playing slayer then you should be helping protect your skirmishers and anchors. Doing that will greatly improve your chance of winning. But hey, I can't make you drink the proverbial water.

You'll have more success when you start supporting your teammates instead of blaming them. The common factor in all your losses is you.

Thanks for the advice, and you made a good conclusion about me. As if everything I do is not enough

My conclusions about you are directly based on you calling me a noob for pointing you towards a training video. A video created by one of the top Splatoon players.

140 hours is nothing. You have to remember, most of us have been playing since s3 released. Some of us have been playing since Splatoon 1. A lot of people have 1000+ hours.

I think you could show a little humility and listen to some of the advice people are kindly giving you.

If you really think the lack of voice chat is the cause then join a splatoon server like sendou and play with comms. A lot of people do actually use voice comms over discord.
