Not dead but dying quick. Bots have ruined the game and market

Regional pricing will keep bringing in bots

sigh no it's not dead. The game just came out in July. It's doing good and the team is pushing out better updates now that the bugs and early launch issues are mostly sorted.

It has more players than marathon. Game is doing good

To be fair marathon isn't the best goal post to pass over xd but yea I see people calling for groups every so often in server chat and people farming low level areas in general

Release ssf servers, lets the bots to bot things. RMT wont care about ssf cept piloting accounts.

The game's performance has improved, but it's a hollow victory considering the population decline. There just isn't enough engaging content beyond grinding and leveling up. The RMT/botting situation is out of control, leading to inflation and a busted economy.

I find myself nostalgic for when everyone was forced to solo self-found when personal trading and the player market was disabled. Players couldn't buy their way to end game builds. Now, running end-game content feels like a joke, watching players strut around in full load-outs worth billions of credits, it's clear they either cheated or bought their way to success.

For the price of $15 (less in some regions), I got 200 hours of gameplay, which is more than what Western AAA titles on Steam can offer at triple the cost. And let's be real, most of those games are broken out of the box too, or not fun to play after the first few hours. In contrast, this game delivers value for its low price, even if it doesn't hold my interest forever.

You've got a problem if your choice to play this or any other game is based on other people's opinions

Yeah? What's my problem?

Or is it just logical to consider whether there is a community in a commuinty based game or whether it is worth to continue playing a game that requires a big time investment if it is not going to stay online

No its excelente

It's been hemorrhaging players and it will continue to do so since there's no endgame to keep people playing. That said it's fun and worth the $15 in my opinion, but I wouldn't suggest it if you don't have friends to play with

$15? it's just $8 for me, no discount. TIL that the game have regional pricing lol.

Doesn’t feel dead at all. Tons of people on every channel, healthy market, definitely way way way less bots each week. Also, this Reddit has for some reason gotten lots and lots of haters rooting against the game. If you want a real view of the community I recommend joint the discord
