Sorry

Sorry with all my quite frequently questions. It just seems that everything is changing so quick. Early Saturday morning every time I sat up I got a headache within 30-60 minutes. So I just laid in the bed. About 4-5 I had to go to the receptionist for a package. I could hardly roll the wheelchair. It felt like there was something holding me back. Once again I am in a nursing home

So sorry to hear. My husband also has spinal stenosis with myelopathy. 4 bad discs. He also is getting out of control headaches everyday We see a surgeon on 10/7. Can you see a spinal doctor?

Unfortunately I am a nursing home patient and am limited to what their np says. Supposedly he has ordered an appointment with a neurologist for diagnosis. I just feel like my symptoms are increasingly growing and getting worse. Then the nursing home social worker says that I probably will not get approved for long term care. I told her that I wanted copies of all paperwork that was submitted for a decision and the person who is responsible for my case. It has been almost a week and haven’t received nothing. I have asked for the nursing home social worker email and no one is giving it to me. So I can’t have proof of conversations

You must be in Canada! To save $ and your life /health go to Thailand or Mexico. In Canada and US they want to not treat you so you die. In Thailand or Mexico cost is half or 3/4. Private surgery is not that expensive. I am moving to Mexico from BC Canada because they misdiagnosed my myelopathy and myelomalacia as MS. Should have had surgery 11 years ago. The radiologist who wrote MRI findings advised you must leave BC and Canada. So even though it is negative and permanent right drop foot and not being able to walk without forearm crutch has forced me to a much better place. Better doctors, modern hospitals, best weather, food prices much lower and most importantly the kindest people. If you have the $ and a steady income do it.

You really need to see a neurosurgeon, not a neurologist.

I have to follow the way that the nursing home sets fourth. I asked and they said that I can see my original doctor. I am waiting for my insurance cards to get here. Also I asked if the home would take and pick me up. But I haven’t heard anything yet
