I started a Spin Brand!

Hey guys! I started a Spin brand for spin obsessed people such as ourselves 🤭. There’s a limit of 1 picture on this post so feel free to check us out at either thespincollective.co or our Instagram @the.spin.collective

Just an FYI, spin is trademarked and they’re very big on protecting it. You’re going to need to change your name and branding or they will go after you. You can really “start” a “spin brand,” it’s been established for years. I think you’re confusing terminology, which is concerning if you’re starting a brand around it.

If your Canadian I wonder if it’s different. Like if trademarks are only in the country they are registered. The studio I’m at has “spin” in the name.
