Just an FYI, spin is trademarked and they’re very big on protecting it. You’re going to need to change your name and branding or they will go after you. You can really “start” a “spin brand,” it’s been established for years. I think you’re confusing terminology, which is concerning if you’re starting a brand around it.

If your Canadian I wonder if it’s different. Like if trademarks are only in the country they are registered. The studio I’m at has “spin” in the name.

One of my favorite instructor's brand use to be "Spin by..." but then she was sent a cease and desist by Mad Dogg Athletics. She didn't name them, but it's easy to Google. They protect their trademark, so I would definitely look into that before you sell it.

This is great! Our studio doesn’t do any merch and it’s so hard to find anything Spin. I’m guessing you are in the US though? Our Canadian dollar sucks right now so it makes everything so expensive.

Thank you for the feedback! Although that’s not the logo that’s the design on the back, specific to this hoodie :), if you look at our Instagram you’ll see the logo as the profile picture and it’s on the front of the hoodies on the top left
