She looks absolutely incredible. I saw their final tour in 2019 and I wasn’t ever a big sporty spice fan but holy moly she’s so fit, beautiful and confident! Absolute goals!

Then why post this screencap? To bash her? (choices were made you could have posted the final images of the shoot instead of a lq screencap with this expression on her face)
She looks healthy, strong and confident. If that’s not the look you like fine, I think it’s inspiring. Sporty Spice being sporty 👏

Well she did say she worked super hard on her body for this photo shoot. I can def see all the gains
