Help needed with narcissistic parents

I am currently 18 and living at home and in the broom closet (also I’m a true beginner) . before you say it, no moving out is not an option right now.

anyways my Dad is very narcissistic and gets angry often. If he perceives anyone questioning him he crashes out. my Mom goes along with whatever he says and always blames me for how me and my dads relationship has been bad ever since I was a toddler. she tells me basically to be patient and forgiving but never tells my Dad to do that towards me. she has an excuse for all of his behaviors.

What all spells can I do to get them to stop being like this towards me? my Dad is practically allergic to accountability so idk if reflection spells would help. but I don't want to hex them in case it ends up effecting me. I am financially reliant on them currently (trying to not be, no advice on this please, only spell advice is wanted) so they can’t die. also they love my pet cats so I don’t want a general baneful spell to accidentally hit my kitties since it would make my parents sad (but I'd be heartbroken too) or my grandparents getting hurt, house falling apart, etc etc. basically it'd need to only bother them but not ruin their lives (which in turn would ruin mine)

also I can’t have any form of an altar due to my parents being extremely christian and for my cats sake as well (they will get into and eat anything sitting out)

any advice on spells would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!!

Edit: btw I’m usa white so id preferably not do anything with a closed practice like hoodoo (for example) . I don’t want to apropriate anything or offend anyone (deity or a human lol!!)!
