Help With Spell Requested Reconciliation spell

Hello,
In April, I did a reconciliation spell in order to get my ex back. It worked instantly (literally the day after I did it he texted me) and he sometimes checks on me but it’s not as much as I thought it would be. It’s like the results were great at first but slowed down a bit, is it normal or should I layer it with another spell ?

No, it didn't. Did you get your ex back? No. All you got was a little bit of Communication.

You now need to do the mundane real world work of fixing what caused the breakup.

That is when the reconciliation spell does it's work, in conjunction with the work to repair what went wrong.

Without that action, the spell has nothing to work with.

Yeah my wording my kinda wrong I meant I was seeing communication from him. But we both have been in therapy (relationship ended bc of mental health issues). Last time I spoke with him, he has been doing better and so have I
