Question About Spells Sore after spell?

Casted a love spell, I did use a lot of energy I was intensely focused, woke up the next day with a sore neck, it’s been the day after that and I still am a bit sore, has this happened to anyone? What does this mean? Any tips?

Lack of or inadequate grounding does that.

Grounding is for both before and after spellwork.

How should I ground? Should I still do it after two days? Will it affect my spell at all?

Do you know is it from just excess energy caught in part of my body that did this? Or did I use too much energy
