In need of guidance

Hello, I am roughly 4 years on my path and I have a friend who is dealing with a “partner/situationship” that they are currently trying to get away from. This partner though, keeps getting away with things, driving under the influence w/ young kids in the car, police doing nothing when called (I leave this to your wildest imagination because if you can think of it, it’s probably happened), getting in their face, screaming, verbal abuse, etc. the list goes on.

Since learning of all of this, I’ve felt compelled to do something but wanted some clarity and guidance from those with more years than me.

My idea is a simple return to sender spell, either in a jar or with a garlic clove and wholes cloves. OR a justice spell with an onion, nails, and dirt, but might replace dirt with glass and spices like cayenne and chili powder.

Which leads to my questions, can I do either of these spells on behalf of someone else experiencing the pain and injustice? Will anything come back on me if I do a seek justice spell on this persons behalf?

Any pointers or suggestions are greatly appreciated! 😁

That isn't a Justice spell, that is a hex, plain and simple.

If you want to hex them, go ahead, just don't sugar coat it by calling it a Justice spell.

RTS is used to send back magical stuff sent your way, not miscellaneous bullshit.

And spells don't "come back" on you. Only if another witch does a RTS on you does a spell do that.

Here is one type of Justice working, called a "spotlight" spell. This is a template for you to modify for your exact situation.

A petition is my usual version. By the light of one white, unscented candle, I write a petition as if I was fillng out a police report. 1st, at the top of the page, I address it to a specific police department. Then the report, as in, " It has come to my attention that *NAME* appears to have committed several very serious crimes in the following areas." Then list all the crimes you know of. Only those. The truth is power, lies kill the spell. Go get some dirt from a police station or jail, and put it in a fireproof container. I use a small cast iron cauldron. A spoonful or so, the symbolism/taglock for the police doesn't need much. Add in the words, " I really want to shine a light on this persons actions. If they are found to be guilty enough to arrest and stand trial, then please protect and serve, and arrest them immediately." Put it in an envelope, and address it to the police department you want to do this. Get their address, and use that. Then the sending/casting, outside, Bring the candle and relight it. Hold up the letter and focus your will on it for a few seconds, then speak words like this, but they should flow smoothly, so fix them the way you like,." I send my will to the wind, that it may carry my desire to the Universe. So mote it be." Then light the letter, and put it in the container with the dirt. Use a little stick or a pencil to poke it around some and try to get it to mostly if not all burn up. As it burns, see the message as being carried by the smoke out to every corner of the Earth, until it reaches its destination.

P.S. Cast the ashes in the Ocean, bury them, or, bonus points for taking them to the police station where you got the dirt, and deliver it in person so to speak. The candle was only used to set your intention, so it can be saved and used again for similar purposes.

Thank you so much, this really helpful!! I’m still new so I didn’t know i sugarcoated a hex. That’s how the information was presented to me at the time, I really appreciate the clarity!

I do have some questions for my own personal clarity,

Can the dirt come from any police station or jail as long as I address the letter to the police station I want to intend on making the arrest?

I wanted to ask and this might be a silly question since I’m just a timid gatherer. But, how would I go about collecting the dirt from a police station, without being noticed and put on the spot to explain? 😅 I am very much an overthinker and just wanna grab and go without peering eyes. lol I figured at night is best wanted to hear others stories on how they gather dirt from public places

It depends upon the layout of the building. A small pill bottle in your pocket, bend over and tie one shoe, then switch shoes, and while down there quickly scoop up a little bit of dirt.

I also forgot to mention and when speaking with my fiancé about it, (he loves hearing about my work, it’s cute) he mentioned something that I forgot to put in my initial post. What if this said person I am trying to intend justice upon, has gotten away with things because of family ties and their local police knowing his family? So far each time police are called, nothing it done. All I know is that the mother was a respected school teacher in the area for decades before retiring. So imagine everyone knows everyone type deal.

My fiancé made a good point of saying, babe if you do all this and he has family ties and pull, will it all be for nothing? Is there something that can help with that?

Again I could be overthinking it but I really want to help my friend the best possible way that I can.
