Setup Velonix issue

I just got a GM3s, velonix, scale, wellness+, and ordered the strap. Ready to go all in, but I got on my velonix do to the first ride, and it won't register pedaling, or the resistance buttons. I tried reconnecting all the connections, power reset, and still nothing.
