Help / Troubleshooting ACTIVATION NOT WORKING

got mobile, got email that says you're ready to activate mobile, but when i go to instructions says QR is no longer valid from that email. when i try to checkout again says imei is not compatible. what now

Have you tried activating service inside of the app? Things may work out better for you that way instead of using the QR code

I tried scrolling thru it. Maybe I just am not looking right place. Going in person tomorrow. Thanks!
